Bio Engineering Africa has gained specialist skills in assisting potential Civil Engineering candidates to become registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). It is established that there is a large gap and backlog in professionally registered Technician, Technologists and Engineers in South Africa. This is mainly due to the lack of sufficient and related experience and the lack of mentorship. This has a detrimental effect on the Civil Engineering industry and often prohibits SMME’s from tendering due to the lack of registered personnel
